Hello, Blog Readers!
In honor of Spring, which started here on Sunday, March 20, I'm having a Notecard Giveaway.
As a way of recycling and reusing things that are still usable, I love to shop at thrift stores. This past weekend, I was "junking," as my husband and I like to call it, when I came upon a big bag of notecards. There were so many, that I've decided to share some of them with my blog readers. I've sorted them all and have found several themes that go great with the start of spring.
Now, this was a mixed bag of cards and envelopes. Some cards had matching envelopes, and some had almost-matching envelopes. But, maybe you won't mind.
Today's giveaway is for these four blank notecards featuring a colorful painting of flowers and pears. They have matching white envelopes.
There's not much to do to win, just leave me a comment on this post, letting me know that you'd enjoy these notecards. I'll count the number of commenters who leave comments before midnight tonight (March 21, 2011), according to the information on the comment, and then have one of those online randomizers pick a number for me. Then, I'll contact the person whose comment number (based on the time the comment was left) and get their address. Don't forget to make sure I have an email address so that I can contact you tomorrow!
By the way, I'm giving away more notecards tomorrow, so be sure to come back!

Cool! I love giveaways! And I'm sure my friends will love these notecards if I win and get to send one to them :)
Those are beautiful flowers! I realized the other day that all of my notecards depict flowers. Might as well try to continue the trend. :)

Giveaways are great, especially when the prizes are recycled and still to be used. Great idea.
I'm in for a giveaway that entails such beautiful notecards! Thanks for the fun opportunity!

I'd love to join the giveaway! :D
Good afternoon -
I've been following you for a while. I miss the days when you actually wrote 365 letters. Will you be putting yourself through that again? It's more interesting than lists of suggestions. Last year might have been difficult to have a topic per day but I felt engaged with you when you were doing your project and actually attempted to write a letter a day.
Thanks.

I'd love them!

What a splendid way to send a touch of spring to a lucky (albeit randomly picked) blog reader.
Apparently spring is here in western Canada--but it snowed today in the sleepy town of Cochrane, near Calgary, Alberta. Very pretty. And it's warmed up to minus 4ÂșC, so we're not complaining.
Thanks for the giveaway. Happy Spring!

Stationery! Such pretty cards!
I found your blog last December and it inspired me to start my own 365 letter project--The Year of Correspondence. Today makes #78!
These look like great cards to send to my grandmother and her best friend!
